Consultations

Is something troubling you? Playing on your mind or feels as if it’s stuck somehow? Are you tired of problems that you can’t seem to solve? Or are you at a crossroads because things just aren’t the way you want at work or maybe in the home?

  • Does it feel like a struggle?
  • Do you have unrealistic pressures on you?
  • Are there many issues, but you aren’t sure what to do first.
  • Or do you need to get your head clear so that you can focus?

Whether things just aren’t going right, or you’re struggling with a specific problem, I can help. Through 1-on-1 meetings, (whether face to face, or online), I build a better you.

But I aim to do so in 3 sessions, or less. My focus is always on delivering results quickly.

Helping you feel valued and heard

Helping you feel
valued and heard

If you choose to work with me, you’re choosing rapid results over long-term intervention; pragmatism over painful soul searching, and fixing feelings and thoughts over laboriously working through them. I’m direct but I care, and I value putting people first so that they feel better quickly.

How does it work?

I offer 60 – 90 mins 1-on-1 discussion online over Zoom, or face to face if preferred. I run a practice in central London and that can often help to give you privacy and build rapport.

During sessions, we look at:

  • your current situation
  • the goals you want from the sessions
  • inner motivation and mindset
  • your strengths
  • actions and the steps you can take to alter things
  • work to do in between sessions to build on what we’ve discussed

Each session gives you the time and space to express the issue(s) you are grappling with, and time to look for constructive, actionable solutions.

Recent customers

Ed had done his best to succeed at a demanding, driven job. He’d persevered but struggled with the leadership and management of the business he worked with. I helped him feel better about his abilities, put the experience in to context and set goals to help him move forward.

David ran 3 businesses. Driven and capable he sometimes struggled to prioritise. The real issue was how perfectionist he was and I helped him calm that competitive streak and channel it more constructively. Balance isn’t a destination, it’s a process. Having a system that juggles everything AND includes family; that’s what matters.

Jo had great drive and ability but needed a sounding board to boost her confidence and decide her next steps. She made better decisions and gained direction with clarity and direction from me.
