Welcome to episode 174 of our podcast, The Executive Edge with Erin Andrea Craske

This episode delves into the concept of being a conscious business rebel and explores the journey of self-discovery and transformation. Erin introduces herself and shares insights into her personal and professional background.

She feels she is a conscious business rebel, and she highlights her love for freedom and self-direction.

With 20 years of business experience, including leadership roles, Erin shares how her background shaped her desire for change. She underwent a deep awakening process and became a very spiritual person dedicated to serving people and the planet through changing mindsets.

She emphasizes her genuine desire to empower businesses to implement positive change and make the world a better place. I reflected on my common experience of not fitting into conventional employment structures and the courage required to explore alternative paths. For me, it was going self employed at a time when everyone was employed, but also believing in what I had to offer when talking about stress wasn’t a good thing to do!

Erin shares her journey of realizing the limitations of traditional employment and the necessity of embracing change and purpose. She reflects on her own experiences, and the desire to explore life and work by challenging yourself.

What else did we talk about?

She describes how the idea of coaching was “downloaded” into her mind while writing a strategy guide, leading her to embrace coaching as a means of sharing practical knowledge and empowering others. Erin also mentions her initial reluctance to pursue coaching due to her introverted nature and desire for privacy.

However, she now recognises her passions lie with psychology and her previous desire to become a clinical psychiatrist. So, she encourages people to reflect on their own experiences and consider embracing change. Equally, to live life on purpose and aim for effortless living that has less stress and unhappiness within it.
