If required, invoices are issued by email unless a paper copy is requested. Our payment terms are usually within 14 days for corporate work, unless agreed otherwise. As a small business it is important to us invoices are paid promptly wherever possible. Please advise us if our terms are an issue for your accounting team.
6. Cancellation
If you are unable to attend your coaching appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is requested for cancellation.
If you fail to attend your appointment, the fee for that session will be due. For corporate work, we respectfully request a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice should the booking need to move. We handle these difficulties on a bespoke basis though, so please discuss it with us. We will endeavour to give you as much advance notice as possible if for any reason we should need to cancel a future booking. This would only be as a result of an unforeseen emergency.
7. Initial discussion
If you are undertaking coaching or mentoring, prior to the first consultation we offer a 20-minute phone call if needed to explain the process and answer any concerns. This is a free call and by arrangement with my PA, Georgina Yates. You can contact her on PA@suefirthltd.com
8. Reports
Notes are not always necessary from the session, but we do not charge for short follow up notes if you would like them. If you wish for a supplementary report the price you pay will be dependent on the length of time the report takes. This will be agreed with you in advance. Costs for reports may be included in a quotation.
If you have any questions, with regards to these terms and conditions please do
not hesitate to contact us.
