By engaging our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Please read the following: –
We cannot work without your consent. We understand the importance of and make sure to obtain informed consent. Due to recent changes in data protection law, we keep minimum information on you and what we do keep will never be given to third parties or used without your knowledge.
Upon providing services to you we agree to:
- Respect the confidentiality of those we work with
- Understand the principles of information governance and are aware of the safe and
effective use of health, social care, and other relevant information
- Are able to recognise and respond appropriately to situations where it is necessary to share information to safeguard service users or the wider public
Following a request for our service, if required, we will send you a quotation via email. The quotation will itemise the costings for the services we will provide. Work will not be started until this quote has been accepted, please.
The fees are bespoke and agreed with each client. We ask 50% upfront fee to agree the date, and 50% on completion of the work for all workshops, professional speaking events and Chairing work. For 1:1 work payment is respectively requested on, or within 3 days of our meeting.
5. Payment of Fees
For individuals requesting our services, payment is requested at the end of each session by card or bank transfer. You can also pay in advance for a set number of sessions. Workshop and training half day sessions are payable by BACS
For businesses requesting our services we will request a purchase order, or email, to
confirm acceptance of a quote.
If required, invoices are issued by email unless a paper copy is requested. Our payment terms are usually within 14 days for corporate work, unless agreed otherwise. As a small business it is important to us invoices are paid promptly wherever possible. Please advise us if our terms are an issue for your accounting team.
If you are unable to attend your coaching appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is requested for cancellation.
If you fail to attend your appointment, the fee for that session will be due. For corporate work, we respectfully request a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice should the booking need to move. We handle these difficulties on a bespoke basis though, so please discuss it with us. We will endeavour to give you as much advance notice as possible if for any reason we should need to cancel a future booking. This would only be as a result of an unforeseen emergency.
7. Initial discussion
If you are undertaking coaching or mentoring, prior to the first consultation we offer a 20-minute phone call if needed to explain the process and answer any concerns. This is a free call and by arrangement with my PA, Georgina Yates. You can contact her on PA@suefirthltd.com
Notes are not always necessary from the session, but we do not charge for short follow up notes if you would like them. If you wish for a supplementary report the price you pay will be dependent on the length of time the report takes. This will be agreed with you in advance. Costs for reports may be included in a quotation.
If you have any questions, with regards to these terms and conditions please do
not hesitate to contact us.
